No real question here...just was taking some shots of the tank, and landed this BEAUTIFUL shot (IMO).

I've had this anemone crab for a while now. About 3 weeks ago I bought this Sabae Anemone. Was doing VERY poorly, then finally, the two got together. They are inseprable now. And the Anemone's doing great now. Guess even Marine life get's lonely! ;)

anyways...just thought this pic turned our great...so I had to share.

That is some Aneome Crab!
hahahah...I hope you're not referring to the size. He's actually only as big as a quarter, maybe. (the anemone's fairly small)

The crab is the friendliest guy. He never bother's anyone. I hear all these horror stories about crab's eating fish while they sleep. Gotta try an anemone crab. Very docile, and fun to watch.

Even funnier at feeding time. Here's another pic that cracks me up:

Hopefully your sabae starts darkening up now.
It's supposed to darken up?

man...I like it the way it is! :(

(I have noticed it's been getting brown spots on a few of it's tentacles. They look like freckles. Was afraid maybe he was getting "sunburnt" so to speak. But couldn't figure that out, as he's at the bottom, and I only have 4x96w PC's)

Sebaes that have been stressed either in capture or shipping loose all their zooxanthellae algae becoming completely white. They are actually one of the more difficult anemones, rarely are they kept alive for more than 6 months; but since yours has started to darken up, it will be around for a while.

Frozen Mythis. Every 4-5 days. Plus whatever the crab feeds him during regular feedings.

I truly think that the anemone crab's hosting with him, has given him a lot of strength. you truly wouldn't believe the turn around it's made, since the crab found him.

Either way...thanks for the support. (even though now I'm scared to death it'll die) ;)

I'll keep you guys posted on his progress.
