Hi all...I haven't really added anything to the tank, so I am thinking this is some kind of hatch or something. I can't get pics (my camera does not have a zoom even close to catching these little guys). What I am seeing is very tiny white bugs all over the place. They are on the glass and all over...

I would say they are about the size of a pin head...anyone have any thoughts?

OH MY GOD!!! FRANK, QUICK DUMP ALL THE WATER OUT AND SPRAY THE WHOLE THING DOWN WITH BLEACH!!!.:lol: Sorry just had to do that.:arg:

With all the varieties of 'pods', I would assume one of those types. More than likely copods, or isopods.

Their copepods

I saw them and freaked out. :bigeek: but they are good for the tank. the fish will eat them and they will keep algae down. how ever i did read somewhere that they harm live hard corals.

First I have heard that copepods are harmful to hard coral, maybe because they thrive in high nutrient waters and feed on detritous, a condition SPS don't care much for
