Lawnmower Blenny fat, eggs??

My Lawnmower Blenny has fattened up considerably with no new
food sources, no green grazing algae available.

Is it possible to be with eggs, with no opposite sex?
Anyway I took a video of it. Have to focus manually
so bear with me, new camera. About 13 secs in, shows belly the best.

It has a good appetite and breathing is a bit more rapid.

What does it eat? With the rapid breathing it makes me think it might have a bacterial infection...
With this nearly invisable almost skin like connection between upper and lower lip, I've considered using Marine melafix. I just hate to shut down my skimmer for so long, especially with the increased heat. The tang
however on occaision get a pea shaped spot on one side behind its head
when I've forgotten to feed b4 I leave for work, say 2 days in a row, or in a week. ATM he shows no signs of distress at all. The vid was near end of feed time, so he was rather slow and passive.

Then here's a pic of the tang when it's showing that spot I'm unfamiliar with in the hobby/species

Then another stress that shows signs of fungus or bacteria. With the close quarters, and need for speed and space, this rock is a bit unfriendly
at times. He'll (not scratching) side swipe a gnarly edge and the scrape
will show this, which is a bit below the lateral line. Feed nori soaked in garlic extreme, and in 3-4 days it's gone.

again, neither of these problems are manifest at the present with him.
But that leather to its left did not survive.

I learn something new every day. My LMB looked fat the other day too. Now he looks normal again. I thought he was just being a little piggy. Is constipation dangerous for them? What would cause it and what can you do to keep them from getting that way in the first place.

Its' diet...mostly dry foods and alternating
The tang has to eat several x/day to stay healthy in a 46g
and does get most of the food. The LMB diet hasn't changed
O.N. Seaweed select algae clipped in, morning (not sure if he gets any)
Tetra Marine SW flakes afternoon or Sera Marin GVG mix
O.N. prime reef flakes evening with more algae clipped in maybe.

Also rotate in O.N. Forula ll marine pellets, Cyclopeeze granules, Sera Marin Nori, and occaisionally I feed one of 3 different frozen foods-not lately. The algae and nori always get about 3 drops of Kent Garlic Extreme.

Was just concerned since the diet hadn't changed, but temp did a little.
Temp usually runs 83 or 84 - 82 or 81 in that order, running my azoo fan on the tank during the afternoon. Lately left the fan on 2 days and temp dropped to 80. This was a short term drop, and I need a timer on my fan.

Maybe I should up the garlic some, and add fish oil to some flake
lest constipation be the culprit. Otherwise maybe just fat n sassy.

Bacteria is a real concern. I just treated last week for black cyano
as the tang had killed 3 corals and several snails. My chromis mouth
became "stuck" together with a growth. Took it out and cut open his
mouth, and it fattened back up shortly. Well that has again begun, couldn't catch it, but after another w/c it looks better. So I'm just
really trying 2 w/c a week, and...after treating for the cyano, I had to
start cleaning my glass again. The cyano death no doubt released some
nutrients back in the water, which is why I'm having to clean my glass
maybe every 3 days. Otherwise I did it weekly just to keep the coraline off the glass. I'll take some params later on today after another w/c

Ok, but this is a sudden change. I don't have a natural supply of hair algae for it to munch on at will, but it does eat very well when I feed it.
Then too, it's a 36" tank, and I've had it about 6 mos. I got it for the red
hair outbreak I got (cotton candy algae), but not on its' menu.
Hopefully all is ok, thanks!

I agree with the stress chris. In this case the stress is 2 fold. Tank size and forgetting the morning feed. That's when that pea sized spot hits

Chris, I hadn't heard of that disease. Thanks. I learned of something new
to me today. Thankfully it only lasts a day, 2 tops. But I could see where
someone who wasn't in tune with their fish, could lose it rather rapidly.
I swear by Kents Garlic Extreme!
Plus!!! This coral nipping tang is going to be someone elses problem
before too long. So bdial, if your heard me, stay away from this guy!
He's going back to Nitro LFS.
The chromis is looking better today, and never loses its appetite. The W/Cs
have helped.

Viral you think? Could whatever is going on...be from within my LR?
Could it be from death of snails not caught in time causing a cyano
outbreak, (now controlled I'm hoping)? Before the snails dying, the other problems were exhibited by the tang. He's actually been easier to care for,
for me, than the daggone chromis. Just curious, since my inverts took a nose dive as the cyano came on, and treatment hasn't helped those guys yet.
My eagle eye zoas are coming back, the other large green ones are not so
eager. They were abused in multiple tumbles from atop the rock recently.

here is the only info i was able to find on tang fingerprint disease about 3 quarters down the page

http://www.chucksaddiction.com/disease.html
Wow that is vague, and the other link, that was one ugggly queen angel.
That's not really, at this pt, what the chromis looked like. Hopefully
with maintenance, the fish will resist it. My mushrooms have gone from
3 to one was 6" across to not round but currled up. I think they'll be fine
in time. Not worried about them, it's the new additions to my new build I'll
be worried about. I plan on 2 ORA gonioporas in about a yr. And 2
purple aussie hammers in 6 mos or so
