Normal output. I know when I put my button polyps under no florescents they seemed to loose there color. Now that they are under pc's they have brightened back up. Now it could have been just the color of the lighting and not poor health but they do look better under the pc's.

I'm not sure about the N.O. lighting. They will do definitely better under higher quality lighting.

I had a standard freshwater fluorescent bulb and an actinic of the same size on my tank for several months... then I got a great slightly used PC light and oh gosh the difference! If you're able to upgrade you should really look into it! Your corals will thank you!!!
