I got my last 5lb tank for $30 from All Safe Fire and Security on Washington Ave in Minneapolis. I think they had 10lb cylinders for $50. It came filled, but wasn't food grade. You can exchange it at place up the block if you need food grade. I think the place is called A1 Supply.
