Muggy here today with a slight chance of rain tomorrow. Maybe heavy they say.

Yesterday was fun with Presley. I let her use Kristine old iPod. She pretended it was a phone while we walked in the neighborhood. She had some imagination. She was tell me remember we used to walk and found a path that was a short cut to her house. Paw paw I don’t see the path anymore. I told her maybe they blocked it.
Well as we walked and she received a phone call she drop the iPod picked it up and immediately dropped it again and broke the screen. She looks at me and said. Don’t tell Nana, then I asked what are we going to do, paw paw we can bury like a hidden treasure, I didn’t want to laugh at her little criminal mind at work and told her give it to me. I’ll take care of it and place in my pocket. Like any good grandfather. Got to love her.

I always told Kristine we had to have a large garage and even extra detached garages and lots of trees. We move here to south Louisiana, then Gustav hit in 08 and from then on I no longer want trees by our house.
That a big tree @doug and they are lucky it fell the way it did.

Doug, you all out west getting hit hard lately. You all need rsin but not all at once. I need to check on my sister. Haven’t spoken to her in awhile.

In 76 or 77 during my years of driving a cab in Albuquerque I picked up the Jeff beck band at the airport. Not Jeff beck but his band at the time.
and they heard about Albuquerque and the low riders that on Friday and Saturday night with crews downtown and west Albuquerque all night long. They asked me to take them down there so they could see all the low riders and cruise downtown Albuquerque. I don’t know why Jeff Beck wasn’t with them. I imagine he flew in early or later.
