I saw this worm... I think it is not a good thing to have in my tank but it's quite hard to catch and I don't wanna move all my living rocks ...

Is it dangerous? The worm is maybe 2 inches long and it is kinda gray/blue ?!?

Sounds like a bristle worm. Kind of creepy but completely normal. They're actually a good part of your clean up crew as they clean the insides of your rocks.
