I'd love to have that pistol shrimp problem!:thumbup: But yes that also looks like a bristleworm to me. They sting your hands but a lot of people like them because they eat stuff that falls into the little nooks and crevices of live rock. I have some in my reef system and I leave them there.

well I found 2 other bristleworms in my tank and they made their way into the sand so i think they will be fine. You are correct, I do live in Australia and the place I buy from catch their own fish and corals and rock (I think they get orders in aswell, it's a dive shop) anyway I still have like 1-2 shrimp cause I can still hear some clicks so I'll try save these ones.
