What's the difference between Actinic Blue VHO and Actinic White VHO?

What's the difference between Actinic Blue VHO and Actinic White VHO? Marine Depot offers both, and I know what an Actinic Blue is, but don't know how the actinic white differs. Can someone help me out here?

They must be URI lamps, actinic whites are 50% actinic and 50% daylight. Actinic blues are 100% blue lamps . Also the actinic whites are about 12k if your interested.
