My fishies have been on a diet of frozen mysid, and the occassional live brine treat. I'd like to vary their diet more, so would formula one or two be a good choice for my wet pets?

2 pj cardinals
1 firefish
1 bi-color blenny

if the seahorses picked at it that'd be fine too. The peppermint shrimp really love the mysid, of course... :( after I redid the tank I've only seen 1 of 3 :bawling: I'm really worried that maybe they got trapped under a rock or something? Maybe they're just hiding for a while?

I don't think the cardinals are gonna like the formula foods since they're algae based (at least mine don't). How about trying Prime Reef? Which is basically frozen blender mush.

If you want to try something a little different I suggest the New Life Spectrum formula sinking pellets. My fish go ape over the stuff, even hard to feed fish like it it's been keeping my moorish idol healthy for some time now.

both are informative answers, thanks! Would the formula be a good one for the blenny? He's been eating mysid, I didn't think he would.
