Probably not, most uv are woefully underpowered as well as running with the wrong flow rates.

Spores are being released even prior to popping there is just more released when you do. Any algae as its pruned scrubbed basically seeds as much new potential growths.

Generally bubble just thrives on poor water qaulity. Better waste removal pretty much cripples it. Then the few you might see grow super slow and fade as you pick the last bits out over time.

If you have rapid bubble growth your likely going to see hair algae in the near future building up.
