Good mawnin’, TRT!

Coffee is up! Let’s have breakfast fajitas, nanners and orange sections. If that’s not to your liking, we also have huge muffins and hot chocolate.

Hack, rain wasn’t the problem on the way to choir rehearsal last night. Fog was the problem, and it was also the problem going home. It is unusual for us to have fog that early in the evening.

Lots of stuff going on today. On the fun side, I will be playing scrabble after lunch today.

I better get this post to be for somebody else chimes in

Lots of love and hugs and peace to everyone!

A groovy good morning Cath and Vinnie, and to All our Friends......HAPPY THURSDAY!

NOT COLD but windy round here.....mid 40's now, but still winds into the 40's. Just doesn't look like 'winter' will be stopping by here this year?

Coffee is up, and there's a big home cooked breakfast.....eventually happening here. I slept in till 7:30a this morning, and made it till 8a yesterday morning.....strange territory right there.

ZERO PLANNED for our day.....look out world! :sneaky:

Peace and warm n fuzzies to All,
Hack

Cath when you play 'Scrabble' is a 'Scrabble dictionary' allowed at the table....in your house? I confess I own that/THEM, but no longer use them, other than perhaps as paper weights. Use to play at a level where 'obscurity, and you got to be kidding me' was the norm.......words were constantly challenged, particularly those involving X's, Q's and Z's. Now we play at a 'higher level' where if the word sounds phonetically feasible, or enough gestures, and 'You knows' are given, and you can keep a straight enough face we're more than happy to play off it. :ROFLMAO: With our wild, free wheeling handling of Her majesty's English, and our ability to INVENT WORDS as we see fit, there is no sense in resorting to a dictionary.....They're almost always wrong anyway.😁
Besides, they won't play Scrabble with me any more anyway......I'm better at 'inventing words and keeping a straight face'.

Afternoon all,
Well, the “procedure” with a coupe test, short lasting meds in a spot of my back the doc feels was the right one,, seems to be doing its intended purpose. He said to see if I can “wake up” the pain doing what I’ve been doing that gets the spot riled up,,. and so far a hr in to the 4 or so hrs he said the test meds would last,,, he might have “hit the spot”.

Luckily the cruddy ice n snow covered roads were tended to by the time I left the house ,,. Radio traffic reports had ruff travel and accidents n slide offs being a big thing .,

Great Mountaineese Doodle pup Murphy here is getting bigger ever day (19.2# as of last night) and seems to also grow his **** n vinegar vibe. Faster on his feet outside and more active n agile when play fighting with King. Can only imagine how it wil be when GSD pup Nash gets here, and become a playmate with Murphy and they team up to play fights with King ….

On to the day,
Hope everyone is having a great one 👍🏼

I hope all have a great evening.

Good afternoon, guys!

Hack - yes we use a scrabble, dictionary, and a quick reference one page guide of two and three letter words that are acceptable. A favorite of ours is QI. I need to look that one up. Sound Chinese to me, but it seems to be acceptable to Scrabble dictionaries and a great thing to use if you have a Q that you need to use in a triple word play. We follow rules pretty well. I seem to remember my brothers do amlot of poker faces when they make a play. I would never play scrabble with them.

Vinnie, I’m sure you and Cooer have had a fun day.

Doug, how is your Friday been going? I’m sure it will be a relief at the end of the day knowing that tomorrow is your day off.

Jeff, if I understand correctly, your pain doc seems pleased with the pain meds and their effectiveness.
Way to go with Murphy fitting right in with your family of doggies! I’m sure King is super happy to have a big puppy to play with.

Rick, yay on doing absolutely nothing tonight! That’s a way to get your day off started out right.

I’m keeping an eye out for the weather for next Friday. The S word has shown up in the weather app. I would so love that, but only if it doesn’t cause a big hassle for lots of folks. It is a week away, and no telling what’s gonna happen between now and then.

Civitan zoom tonight, followed by the regular weekly Facebook live hymn sing.

Tomorrow I am I am having a quick breakfast with friends, and then a visit with my foot doctor.

Have a groovy night tonight!

Mushroom cheese steak suns w/fried onions of course for dinner, and snacks for the foreseeable future if someone doesn't get a move on.
Another LONG game session, leading Jen n I to recliners for a quick 'movie snooze'. ;)

MAY head into the creek in the morning after I drop Nate off at work.....MAY. Looks like there's weather of some description not far off so may be slipping in and out around that for a while here. Like you said Cath, maybe a while off, but just the 'mention of it' you have to adjust accordingly to be safe.

I tried to type quietly Rick in case you got a chance to go feet up already. SEE HOW QUIET I WAS?!?😁

Even all, work was OK, took longer (neat noon) before it warmed up. Test fire generator, worked a few days ago , balked today. Filled propane tanks, possible snow and less than 30F sat and sun, I am so tired of cold, I know Jeff can relate that I miss the heat after the fact, Even on top of stripper crane ;)
Jeff when you say Great Mountain Doodle, is he a Pyreneese/stfd Poodle mix?
Maling pork chops and taters and gravy, i am starved
