Morning everyone.

Headed back to HD this morning to retrieve a tool box that is under a pile of other ones, but not the same. They only had one, so leaving it be until this morning.

Going to be another warm one today, well if you consider 70's warm. T shirt weather anyway.

Top of the morning Bro, and all pulling up a chair with us.....HAPPY THURSDAY!

70's......yeah, I'll take temps in the 70's and call it warm any day! We'll be messing with it in the 80's come today and tomorrow, before some rain drags it back down again on Saturday.

Coffee is refreshed, some CIBMC, and so Rick won't get yelled at by Cath how about some PB+J(grape) on Buttermilk waffles. Been hungry for them and picked up a box last night.

Nice boat Vinnie.....CONGRATULATIONS!

Good morning,

Nice day here so far. They are calling for rain again today. But now it looks like we have have a nice weekend.
Thank Hack, it’s a nice boat, Kristine loves it. Bass pro drop the ball yesterday and the person who was supposed to go the paperwork said she didn’t check her inbox. So it sat until we call last night.
Tomorrow morning going to Presley’s graduation from kindergarten. I don’t remember graduating from kindergarten. I don’t think we had kindergarten when I was a kid.

I remember Kindergarten but not graduating. We had a strip where the teacher would glue a little house when you knew your address, put up a little bow when you tied your shoes and stuff. Blew through that in like a week, so they sent me off with the other special kids to pet goats and learn to sew and other skills.

Going to try rolling epoxy. Saw a you tube video. Should be good enough.

Whew it is scorching out and my AC barely keeps up. Better get a recharge at some point.

some employee didn’t check her email? Isn’t that her job? Good grief. Of course, maybe her boss with screaming at her face all day. That does happen.

Sorry to be so late and so brief tonight. Getting ready to go see the musical Footloose at our local theater. They always do great productions. I mean always. And this one was so sold out they had to add two more matinees.

Beautiful night here. Breakfast is long gone but just ordered pizza and wings. Be here on 20 minutes. Cath, I will chop some veggies, you aren’t going to like the pizza

That's OK Rick, we're schlepping some Veal parms w/spaghetti on the training table.....and Ya know, there's probably a chilled Miller Lite wiggling it's frozen finger at me....should I.....

I came across one of them rare instances where I said, "NO!", to the boss today. Working on an aged customers boat, busted my butt I might add, and the boss asked if I'd go with him for the ride and keep him out of trouble. NO!
He told me, 'He's not really a 'flag waving, patriotic type, and don't really believe in or support the military....'.

What do you mean 'you won't help him?......I already DID!
Certain ground to me is hallow, and shall not be trespassed upon....My Country and My Military Bretheren shall not be tread upon.

Tomorrow is said to hit 85F for a high......speaking of, delivered a boat this morning to one of the local marinas.....and MAN did it reek of Banana Boat/Coppertone suntan lotion! 'Shoebees' are coming!

I do think it's a wee late for that there beer, it'll keep till tomorrow.....but a cold glass of milk, and some Reese's PB Cups, well chilled should suffice.....PEACE,

Never had one, yet they are very popular round here.

One of our local police was shot in front of the Petco, he’s in critical condition. The suspect is dead shot by police are little town has its share of crime nowadays.

Hack, up here it is sad how our military is treated. They get poor support from the public and the funding from the gov is worse.

Good morning Rick.
It’s sad when the government doesn’t take care of it military and veterans. I believe it’s also the same here to an extent. Being a veteran when it came to most of the thing I was promised for serving, they did provide it. But after using the veterans medical it did lack back in the 70’s. Long waits and it seemed they would try to do the bare minimum. It’s the reason I stop going to the VA and have private insurance. Not sure if things are better nowadays.

I don't want to get political, but the treatment I receive as a veteran got vastly better in the few years. I am treated amazingly well in the VA outpatient system. It isn't a priority now, but got a little bump.
