i have a confession to make... when the atlanta reef club decided to move over here from the other place (rc), i was a vocal opponent. i had never heard of the reef tank. i wasnt interested in moving over here. i still continued to gripe untill i started reading the threads and found out what a friendly community this is. now i rarely if ever find myself venturing over into the rc boards, they are just not the same anymore, after changing over to the friendly site here. the only suggestion i have would be to pick a couple of our resident scientist/experts and give them a question answer forumn. i always liked going to a trusted expert with my questions.

Well you have Jay who is an expert in snail husbandry and massaging!!

Casey is an expert in clams

And a few others who's knowledge is impeccable! Take me for instance, I know a whole lot about nothing and a little bit about everything!

And I can attest to Curtis's tenacity on the move to the new BB. But I'm glad they made the change and was in favor of it from the start. Welcome aboard Curtis and glad to see you have found a new home that you like...

I just ask Tom. Then I just nod and pretend to know what he's saying when he answers my question.

The real heros on the board are the folks that make the forum available and keep it in an open flame-free environment. All the folks like Rick that do the moderating, both past and present, that do the real dirty work are the folks that need thanking, as they make the whole thing work. I could never take the time to do what is needed in that respect, and my hat is off to each and every one of them.

Thanks guys and gals, you all make TRT rock!
