Good mawnin’, TRT!

Coffee is up. Get yourself a cup or two. Let’s start with brown butter eggs over easy great hunks of toast to dip, hash browns, huge muffins, bananas, and orange sections.

It’s 38 and clear right now, and will be climbing up to 57. This afternoon, Bobby, Hal and I are going to see us some opera shorts and a program and a program called Mostly Mozart.

Yesterday, a longtime friend, and one of the founding members of Sunrise Civitan, died after a long battle with multiple myeloma. Though I know he’s better off now, his death leaves a hole in lives of many. He was a chemical engineer, teller of great stories in classic southern style. Boy, he could tell a joke.

Everyone have a groovy day!

Lots of love and hugs and peace to everyone!

Good morning Cath, and HAPPY SUNDAY TO ALL!

Sorry to hear of your' Friend's passing Cath, and truly sound like one of those Folks where 'the world will seem a little less without Him.' 😔

We were just discussing a BIG BREAKFAST around here, and I read your post.....,THANKS for getting us started. We'll probably be leaning the pancake direction ourselves, with bacon and sausages to help soak up the syrup.

The day has not been 'written in stone' yet round here....then again barely scribbled in the beach sand.....so we'll all be surprised at the same time as it happens. Haven't heard ANYTHING as to whether or not our Son is even working today......making an 'assumption' at this point he's off?:sneaky: THAT opens a fresh can of potential right there.....

Peace and bacon grease,
Hack

Good morning Cath, Hack and everyone,

Sorry to hear about your friend Cath.

Raining here right now and looks like most of the day, good thing we did the move yesterday on most all the stuff.

Shelby was down in Nee Orleans last night . She was in one of the big parades. The weather was great for it. Not my thing but she loves it.

Four more female seahorses found me home yesterday, I may have mentioned this already in the Saturday thread.

Mornin all. Cath, sorry to hear about your loss. Remember him well.

Quiet here - SO FAR - like Hack said, it ain't written in stone. Hoping it stays that way. I am fine being bored for a bit.

Great outfit Vinnie. I bet the makeup took a minute to do.

Have a great day folks.

Good mornin everyone, cath sorry to hear about your friend, reading your description it reminded me of Dick and the sense of loss to so many. In these strange times we need more like them not fewer. 34 this am, no snow and not as cold as predicted.
Vinny looks like a good time, Perry I hope the paper shuffle goes easy. Hack sounds like a good day, is weather conducive to range time?
Hope the day treats every one well

Hey Folks! The day is morphing into a translucent focus, but more narrowed than previously discussed.
RAIN, though not a Vinnie version, is moving in......so NO Doug, no outdoor range. And my 'Spiddy senses' don't allow me/US to enjoy indoor ranges, which are always an option since my Brother runs one.

SORRY Bro, but sounding like your falling back into 6-7 day weeks again Perry.....not to mention being wired to a polygraph machine.  Hope the ride still feels COOL though.

Yeah Rick....'nothingness' is SOOOOOOOO UNDER RATED! 😁 None but the brave should venture through those gates.......to the unwary it could lead to the dark side of the force. One must remain focused!(y)

Vinnie my only experience with Mardi Gras has been abysmal at best......running into an oil tanker on the Mississippi with a 5 incher putting me on my keester, a bar of questionable repute, and the feel of a gutter's curb notching my scull.....yeah, I pass. BUT does look like She has the right spirit for a FUN FILLED season. (y)

Looks like a BIG Baked ham dinner is coming into focus on my horizon, thus narrowing down my options for going afield. Several time consuming items lie ahead around the home......Potato salad, and Ham both take some time and prep work. Yeah, but THAT'S OK......an agreeable outcome follows.

Peace and groovy thoughts,
Hack

First of all I was just teasing Cath. No machines involved.

I am doing my only weekend ever. FDA coming in for first time in five years. The old quality manager was fired on the spot after the last audit. We are going to go from 39 bad things to zero on my watch. The problem is that I have only been there two months, but got there as soon as I could. This is a routine thing that every company that makes parts that go into peoples bodies in our case or even sell as face cream in the minor leagues do under the law.

My job limits us to 46 hours a week period. We all go to break at the same time and work the same hours.

Made too much food as always. This is a foundation to doctor us with eggs or other items or you can stick to the tidy bits. Umm, forgot to make oatmeat but Cath you can add it if you like.
