A couple of days after adding cooked rock to a new tank I pulled the rock/sand and switched to BB. When I removed the cooked rock I put it in 5 gallon buckets with water. I'm not sure how, but I managed to not empty one of the buckets. This rock(10-15 lbs ) has been sitting in water without a heater or powerhead(indoors) for a couple of weeks. Keep in mind the rock was cooked for 4 months. What should I do about this rock? Add a powerhead and heater and let it cure for a bit? Is it nothing but baserock now and I can just add it to the tank? How much affect if any does lack of gas exchange and heat have on live rock?

is it stinky? Is it black in places? If it was cooked enough, chances are that it is ok. I agree with putting it in some new SW with a power head for at least a week.
