Eight more work days until I head off for the Philippines for vacation and to buy a piece of property. A reef on my front lawn!

Hope its not like Mexico's laws. You can buy land in Mexico but the Mexican Gov. can take it from you at any time. But if you are a resident of Mexico they cant.

Foreigners can't own land in the Philippines, but I'm married to a Filipino so I can through her. By the way, that's the Camotes Sea, with lots of sea snakes and lionfish. I dove there before I knew anything about coral. Can't wait to see it again.
