I just got a Scooter Blenny today, and when I left for the night and cam eback home he was nowhere to be found in my tank!!! Do they bury themselves in the sand or sleep in the holes of my rock?? I know my friend has one and this has never happened to him; his Scooter Blenny is always visible in the tank.

Yep they can be shy and slow feeders, as well as picky, good luck with it

Mine burries himself at night but during the day he is all over my tank. Love watching him "walk" around the tank. Need lots of pods tho.

definitely need lots of pods... stupid me I got one at Petco cuz they were so cheap; they told me they were a bottom scavengar but I learned here that I was misinformed. The little guy was eating frozen mysis but he still starved for lack of pods, so now I'm afraid to get another. Best of luck with yours! They sure are cute, aren't they?
