Why would you worry about a nitrate spike to 10? I doubt it would hurt anything you have listed in your tank.

Reef safe gobies:
Rainford's Goby
Yellow watchman Goby ( eats ampihpods So comepetes with some wrasse and mandarins)
Yellow Clown Goby
These are a few that are common and reef safe but they do not stir the substrater.
