We have this "red slime" in the fuge and it's choking off the macro alge - looks like I did a lot of pruning.

It's only in the fuge and caught in the leaves of the algae (razor culpera)

What can we do to eliminate this?

All params are on - the last time I tested - reef tank w/Iwaski's 65k 250w, 4x URI 160w actinics, fuge on RPP 12hrs, beckett skimmer :D

Try increasing flow through the refugium or adding a small powerhead. Cyano likes to grow where the current is low. In the meantime you might try to suck out as much as you can from the refugium.
