Has anyone used one? I was wondering as it looks like a good deal as it comes with a built in skimmer and an overflow box??

If you are building a reef tank then you really don't need/want a wet/dry filter. Just get a regular tank and put in baffles to use as a sump. Also, the skimmers that come built in to the wet/dry's are usually not very good, you will quickly want a much better one to replace it.
