Anybody have a name for this algae? It is really fuzzy and red in color! Can I get it to grow? Just curious!

Now I took this same rock with the red algae on it and it had a thin piece of LR jutting out from it and I found a place to wedge it so that I will have a really nice ledge!! Man I am a sucker for over hangs, etc.

Here is a ledge that jets out over a foot and have my two small clams(21/2-3") resting it. Looks like a large hand holding the clams!

I might be wrong but I think it's called really fuzzy red algae. JK,
