My powder blue tang has only been a week in my 70 gallon tank and it was doing fine with my yellow tang always swimming around with it but today i noticed it has small spots on its side. does that mean its sick or something ???? All i know that when i feed them it never eats but then i see eating the algae allover the tank . Could it be from one of my corals ??????

70 gallons is too small for one of those guys, and WAY too small for both. A stressed out fish is more susceptible to illness.

Sounds like you have an Ick/Ich problem. I do agree that a 70 is too small for a Powder Blue Tang. If you do have a quarantine tank I would treat him there.
