Kinda looked like Monti to me too but it's kinda thin and flexible and not real stony like Monti would be..

Looks like Lobophora algae which is a type of macro algae. Can also be referred to as wafer algae.

Yep i think your right, just looked it up and looks like I've got to remove it because it can be a pain from what others say!!
