i went to cap bay today and saw a orange plate that was stung by another coral and the part that was stung started growing little babies about a inch around. they had around 15 to 20. when i ask the staff they showed me another green one same size and said a lady brought it in. i have mine for about 7 mounths and not one little baby ( i even feed it ) anyone know how to get this prossecs going.

the book info is fromthe cross checking wihthe Aq.corals/Borneman and corals a ref. / Sprung
the sperm cloud is from coral reefs journal, reef notes section this month.
the moon light thing is a sometimes it works sometimes it does not. the reported clouds were seen anywhere from 24 to 72 hours later and at night , but a few areas and differnt types of coral were seen during the day light hours..

I hope you have great luck with your plate. I have a plate that was doing wonderful then one day it started dying for no reason. I even fen it mysis once a week. The rest of my tank is doing great and my water is in spec. Corals are funny little guys.
