it is actually a little more complicated than that. all the black ones are females, but females can also come in the standard yellow also. so it is a little misleading when you see so many yellows and a few blacks that there are not enough females to go around.Pamsreef said:Thanks for the link Shirley.
I didn't know that the black ones were female. I actually have seen black and yellow ones alot lately fluttering around together.
Maybe they are "flirting". Very neat to watch.
