Im using the outer orbit light with the 2 dual 420 actinics and the 150w 10k halide. can i switch the actinics in it? if so, what would be better?

wouldnt a 15K bulb be way too blue? I do have the dual actinic bulbs already. I see some tanks and all i see is BLUE
