Today is NOT my day. I was calibrating my pH probe and the sample pack with solution fell into sump! Is that going to be bad??

Wow that sucks! Hopefully it won't cause an issue. How much solution was in the pack? I think the only thing you can do is watch your pH and see if there's a change. Water changes would probably be the only way to fix it.

was it a Ph buffer solution, or the calibration fluid? if it was the calibration fluid, what brand? what pH was the solution that spilled?

you could try doing a search for the msds of the stuff.

Sorry.. Calibration fluid. Pinpoint. The 7.01 and part of the 10.00 fell in. My pH is stable at 8.1 they were small packets that came with my reefkeeper. The amout was small so I hope it won't bother anything. Just not sure what they put in those things..
