thank you all for your help with me setting up my RO/DI system. Now my second question is, I have tap water in my tanks, I know.. :-( thats why I bought one finally. Anyways.. should I empty and start over with RO/DI water? Or just take the tap out with water changes?

I unfortunately started with tap in the beginning as well. I did large water changes (50%) the first month after I got my RO/DI unit and I have had no problems.

Unless you're having major problems I would just start using the RO/DI for regular water changes and top off from here on out.
