Good Morning everyone. Coffee is on.

First day at the new gig. I'll be working as a Quality Engineer at a company that makes little tiny parts for a few high end industries. It will be nice to bust out skills from the past again. The whole company works 6 to 4:30.

Cold week ahead. Nice cool 34 degrees this morning.

Enjoy your day everyone.

Good mawnin’, Perry, Hack, and all f TRT!

Thanks for the coffee and donuts. P, Hack. I will add scones both savory and sweet and stewed apples and then there’s. I hope this after one of the cake donuts.

Perry, good luck on your new job! I look forward to hearing more about it.

Rick, cool set up with your tanks and drum set and guitar. It doesn’t matter what you do on the guitar so long as you like it it’s music to you. As far as that goes, you could call it jazz and get away with it.

Oh goody. My tiny cold turned into a big cold literally overnight. I haven’t had a chest cold in years. As a matter of course, I will test for Covid.

Got a turn this yucky day into a day of grooviness so I will make some soup.

Lots of love and hugs and peace to everyone!

Good morning,
It got down into the mid 30’s. Pretty chilly. The good thing it’s help with heat management of the reef tank. I can start running the MH’s longer now.
Perry best of luck on your new job.
we’ll time to sit back and drink some coffee to warm up.

Just turned afternoon here greetings everyone 👍🏼
Back from taking a truck full of “stuff” to the garage at mom’s,,, auction fodder. Also brought home a restored selection of brass Klaxon horns dad had stored/displayed in the garage along with other types of things. Also completed emptying his massive tool locker,, some stuff will become inherited, the rest to offer at a future car show swap meet in the spring .

Looks like I can blame old age , a broken bod n back, and throw the weather under the bus as to how I feel right now,,, everything hurts 😣🥴.
Worserer when what useta not hurt on a daily basis jumps on the band wagon….. until things change 🤞🏻🙏, will prob ride da recliner …

On to the day.

Hope everyone has a great one 👍🏼

Vinnie, I hear you about 60 been too c cool for the house during the daytime even if you are moving about. But then, I’m a real weenie about that.

Jeff, I sure would like to see a photo of those klaxon horns are you talking about the kind that they used to use on old cars or bikes? If that’s the case, I love the sound I make.

Doug what a striking difference between the sunny sky and the cloud bank across the street.

Hey Doug! Did I miss something......Jo Jo's going to be/is staying with you? Great that He's got someone who cares with him, just didn't remember him being there.

Cath, GLAD to hear it's not Capt'n Trips paying another visit.....but chest colds are pretty much yuckie too. :) /:(

Today was officially the first COLD DAY.....barely climbed out of the 30's, making it to 43F I think.
Dug out my Carhart coveralls for this season's first appearance. Tomorrow and Wednesday will warm to 50'ISH with rain/showers, but right back into the BRRrrrrrrr's again for the next 2 weeks.

'Tuesday night' spaghetti on the stove simmering with sweet sausages and fresh garlic bread.

Back to cooking,
Hack

Good evening, everyone!

Vinnie, I forgot to tell you how much I like your tank. It’s just beautiful! That’s so good you could share the video of it.

Hack, thanks for your concern. I’m real glad that I don’t have Covid again. As the day progressed I didn’t feel really as bad as when I first woke up. But I guess that’s typical of cold. I do feel drained of energy.
Brrrrr with your cold outdoor working conditions. I bet it’s hard to make that into a groovy day. I bet the best part of the day is you coming home and taking a hot shower and having a hot supper.

Doug, I am with Hack about wondering about JoJo staying with you. But it doesn’t surprise me if he is staying with you. He’s been your roommate for a long time, and that was a difficult situation, you’re taking the highroad which is the right thing to do.

Hunker down, everyone and make it a groovy evening.

He has been here since he checked out of the hospital 3 weks ago. There are no convalescent facilities with openings at present, Original plan was to go to one of those with a BBI, but now he has broken ankle and surgery in am so he is stuck here with his dog. Needless to say it is a challenge esp with broken arm :(
