so I went to the lfs today and bought a whopping 30lb lr. What they call premium "eva". Not really sure what that is but they wanted 7 dollars a pound for it. So the employee recommended figi from a broken down 650 gal personally owned tank. I was only charged 2 bux a lb. the best part is it is crawling with life. I counted 9 clams and tons of beginnigs of who knows what. Cant wait till the sand settles so I can reall take a look around..... cheers

Some of the best deals are from people getting out of the hobby or breaking down a tank for whatever reason. Figi rock is usually great looking stuff!!

Great score on the LR!! I also got some LR from the LFS when they tore down their 500 gallon reef tank and paid $2.50lb for fiji.
