Hooked my new light up last night(400watt MH.) And POW instant tanning bed. I have it about three feet above the tank for now so I don't kill stuff anybody have any comments on how long I should run it for to let stuff get used to it? Please give advise thanks Chad.

If you are not using layers of window screen I would run it for 1 hour a day for a week and increase it 1 hour a day every week until you get up to the photoperiod you desire.
