I know some people that turn off the lights, i turn at least half of mine off when i acclimate anything....

Anemones need REALLY good lighting. t5 or even better MH...and good flow AND excellent water quality. Have lighting go for about 10-12 hours a day. My actinics are on for 2 hours (morning and night), and the days for the 9 hours with the actinics during the day.

you should leave them on or the nem will jus tmove when you turn them on anyways. he needs to find his own spot with the regular flow. also zoas like medium flow mediuim light
