The foxface from the 90 is currently in hospice, he just stopped eating for some reason... No signs of ich or fin rot so that's good. Not sure how old he was so that could have been it.

It isn't a hammer, but it's very similar, its a frogspawn. Both are from the family euphylla. Euphyllia divisa to be specific. They like medium light (they can survive in fairly low light), low flow.
