Here are some pics I took of my 2 clownfish last night after lights out. This pretty much just blows my mind that the perc allows the sebae to remain where he's at.
The little one is a small sebae clown. He came with the anemone because we couldn't figure out how to get him out of it with out hurting either the clown or the anemone. I am impressed that the sebae has lasted so long since I heard all these storys of different species of clowns not getting along. Its funny though the perc won't let the sebae near the anemone during the day but lets him in no problem during the night.
SM have you got your hands on a copy of Joyce Wilkersons book and Clownfish and Anemone hosts yet? Prolly best book on the subject. There is a possibility of hybridization between some species, and other fascinating info you might want to have handy since you have clown/anemone groups
Doug where can I get this book? I got the anemone because I was amazed by how the live and work. I have read some different things about them and thats what got me interested. I did not by the anemone just for my clown. My perc was plenty happy before hand and like I said the sebae was basicaly a hitch hiker. I am always willing to read a good book about any subject I find interesting so please give me a link where I can get ahold of this book.
