Here are my clams...

I have had the maxima for about three months, the blue crocea for about 2 months, and the other crocea for about a month.

Thanks for looking!

i want a clam. nice every one. wat is a good watt per gallon for a clam in a small 10 gal.
Watts per gallon is not a very good way to think about light, take the example of a 1/2 gallon cube, technically you could have 8W/G with a simple 4W child's night light, but we all know that's not enough to keep anything.

I had a derassa and a Gigas living in my 15G with 2*55W PC on good reflectors, I immagine you could do the same. These are not really good clams for a 10 though, because they both will get bigger than the tank. The problem with the smaller clams is that they require higher light, and really shouldn't be attempted with anything less than a 150W MH with a lower K bulb.
