I will upload pics of my newish tank a 38 gallon turn key system I bought used from a guy who was moving for 200 bucks I got
38 gallon tank and stand
oddesea t5 HO 4x39 with a blown balast
old style 802 power head
35ish lbs of live rock
30 lbs of sand plus
one clown fish

since purchased I have added
twin 800gph heads on opposite ends run one day one night
replaced the ballast that was blown
added an led moonlit bulb

plus a sail fin tang (guy at the stored lied about final size he will be traded/ returned but still very small so ill raise him hes cute)
Bi color dwarf angle ( timid little dude but friendly has not yet eaten real food 2 weeks in but there is a fair amount of algea growth and I spike the tank with a sheet of nori (sushi sea weed ) every other day
another clown fish (they have already paired off litterally took a half hour)
a blue velvet damsel (he came with a fiji blue devil who was a mean little dude and got returned)
and a b/w chromis that was free to a good home

in addition 4 coral were added
green flower pot (pretty large piece
small zoa head
bright green and mint green candy cane
so far so good

Welcome to TRT. I would definitely consider upgrading to a large tank or trying to sell the sailfin. Also keep your eye on the damsels, they can be very aggressive fish.

UPDATE
Traded the sailfin tang out for a Fuzzy Dwarf Lionfish who I am having trouble getting to eat. Tank is still running well and fully cycled since fully stocked and I have included a video link to my youtube.
