Well, looks like nobody else prowling the halls so I will start us off. Coffee and Apple strudel for those who gather round.

I have to go into work to get things headed in the right direction then back home here to meet the contractors. The ceiling will finally get done upstairs and that project can be finally finished. I just am just having the drywaller we use at work come and board the ceiling. Yeah, I can do it and it would look fine but they are gonna get it all done in a day and it will look awesome. No brainer.

Have a great day all.

("Yup.....sadly they're back.(*)")

Coffee is fresh, and so*e for* of 'lap food' will be riding with *e to the creek.

First week back, but wouldn't bet the far* it'll be a 40-hour week this silly early ti*e of the year yet. Though today is supposed to be fairly nice....29F heading to the *id 50's and sunny.....WINDS and cooler te*ps will be *ingling in throughout the week and into next week. CAN'T BANK ON THE WEATHER IN MARCH HERE IN SOUTH JERSEY!

When you were talking about 'contractors' Rick, I thought you were tongue n cheek'ing about having your Boy there again to help you.....OH CRUD....called in the professionals!

Let's go have a super day/week/YEAR,

Good mawnin’, Rick, Hack, and all of TRT!

Thanks for the coffee and apple strudel, Rick! I will add oatmeat with raisins, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

Rick, I don’t blame you one bit for getting a pro to do that work to make ceiling job fantastic, and get it done in one day!

Hack, I know you’ll make your day a groovy one, except starting out at 28° doesn’t sound very groovy. You won’t even be able to move your fingers. Egad, man! Your boss is crazy.

Jeff, I’m looking forward to hearing about how Nash did overnight. How was the meet and greet with your sister yesterday afternoon? I love that photo of you holding Nash in your arms. You are a great zoo daddy.

good morning, Vinnie! Yep, yesterday was a whirl wind of activity. What do you have going on today?

45° this morning and heading up to 75. I better get a move on, I’ve got stuff to do this morning. Sophie is getting more and more adjusted to the apartment. She’s my favorite little gal.❤

Lots of love and hugs and peace to everyone

Hey Cath....
There's ebb n flows around the Table for sure......guess everyone's in 'morning' in honor of me going back to work. :sneaky:

Jen and Nate met me at Apple Bee's on my way home for dinner.......never say no to a steak, even a tough one.
Sams are swinging by shortly, and could lead to a Family game night.....NOT TOO LONG though......some schlump has to get to bed early again.

Wasn't a baaaaaaad day back, and started a little late due to the temps....9a, and left a wee early since it is the first week back, so all that helps ease the transition.

That's one thing I don't miss Doug......loved it when they brought 'city sewage' through here......THAT, and 'city water', made life sooooooo much easier.

time to roll up the sleeves and go look for some fun....PEACE,
Hack

I agree, one of the perks of living in the country, ;) Septic is not that big a deal, drain field can get really spendy, at least a friend of mine has an excavator, and I can work out a deal to save money.
I still am confused why I didnt see this post earlier hence my other post
