so does anyone know where to get or do they work with metal, lookin for some aluminum to make an HQI and flourscent type light fixture, just like the kind that you buy anywhere. Mine will be over my 10g so I dont need a lot. Any ideas? Thanks.

Sorry man, while I do work with Stainless and aluminum both, I don't have anything light enough for you to form in that shape...

I get my materials from Georgia Steel Supply and O'Neal Metals Company-both local...

Metal Flashing from HD?

find a vinyll siding company, they have rolls of aluminum flashing and facia material, usually comes in white or bone colors, but you might have luck finding others. (it vinyll coated sometimes, watch out for heat issues.)

I went to the homedepot last weekend, but it was the new one they put up over here off sydney marcus and the 400, but they redid it in such a bad way, nothing makes sence, least to me that is, LOL. I'll go back and try again, it has to be there, I'm sure I just got frustrated with the new layout and left, lol.
