Found this attached to the backside of my new ricordea mushroom

I thought it might be a manjano anemone, so I scratched it off and blasted it with lemon juice. I don't care if it was a good anemone... I just didn't want it to spread!

The good news is I got a really great 2" mushroom for only $20 =)

I just pulled a bunch off last night. When you get them off, their foot is usually still attached (like a thick tough skin stuck to the rock.) I'm not positive, but I thought I read you have to get that off too else the majano might grow back. Its not easy to get that skin off. I used a really sharp pointy knife. I used the point to get under the skin to pry it up (not easy.) Then tweezers to get a hold of it and pull it off. That skin is REALLY on there. Whether it grows back or not, I didn't want that skin rotting in my tank.
