I'm setting up a new tank (95 Wave) for a reef tank.

I'm currently looking up for a lighting system and everything has changed in the last 8 years. How good is the new T5 HO? And how much should I get?

There's currently a 4 strip lights and a 6 strip lights. My tank is 26" tall and I want to make it a reef tank. With this new lighting system, how much power do i need for a 25" deep tank?

I would definitely go with a 6 bulb set up tek light makes one of the best fixtures.
This one will work fine.

What is the width of the tank ?

it's a 48" tank

Most likely a mixture of corals.
