I have a 45 gallon tank with a coralife PC 196w with a 96w 10,000k and a 96w atinic...........i know i can keep leather corals, mushroom, polyps stuff like that but what about an anemone and what else would work

I think If the tank is mature, You will be ok to keep some like the bubble tip and long Tenicle.

A tank should be around 1 year old before an anemone is added. Usually within the first year, the tank is continuously going through mini-cycles which can really annoy an anemone (sometimes to death). Some will do fine with intense fluorescense light; but MH will give the best results.

Most softies and LPS will do great under your particular lighting.

As others have stated wait for a year or so before adding an anemone.

Dito on waitting a year.Also FYI,if you get one they move around the tank to find THERE spot,and that mite not be yours.
