Hey guys its been a loooooonggg time since Ive been here, I found a new hobby and that is growing plants(indoors) its hard to keep up just like my 55gallon, The reason why I am here is to ask about this light I found on Dr.Foster. http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+3733+12777&pcatid=12777

Now Do I get the 70W 20000°K Spot, and the 70W Ballast, , I put it all together and I can just plug it in and use it?? What else will I haev to get?

Are you using this for plants or your tank? To be honest, it isn't well suited for either.
Well I need a light that will be able to support SPS and LPS .I want to order from Dr.F because I have a credit there, My budget is around 280ish
The light you posted is just a single reflector and ballast. The bulb is extra. It will need to hang over the tank and will only light maybe half of the tank. You will need at least 2 of them and I would go with the 150w's over the 70w's. For $500 dollars, there are better options.

Power Compacts are outdated and overpriced in the long run. There are also better options available than those. MH or T5HO are the way to go.

Really I thought they just came on the market a few years back....

With the increased light, reduced size and nearly double the life expectancy, the increased use of T5HO's have knocked Power Compacts out of the market. Combine all of that with a bulb that is about half the price of a PC bulb and it's easy to see where the PC bulb is heading.
I would wait and save your pennies for something a little better. Maybe this: http://www.petsolutions.com/Nova-Extreme-Pro-HO-T5+I42901080+C40001722.aspx
If youre going to be shelling out money for decent SPS frags you're going to want them under a decent light. I say at least T5s with individual reflectors.
