Let me be the first to say congratulations on the wonderful family. Family is becoming a thing of the past these days. Great looking family you have there.

The first is my fiancée, who is wonderful and we are to be married in May. Here's also a picture of my '68 GTO clone (1968 LeMans with GTO badges, hood, motor, etc.) with a 400 cubic inch big block Pontiac V8, turbo 400 with shift kit, 3.90 rear end with Auburn Locker, RAIII cam, Edelbrock Performer 650 carb, and Edelbrock Torker intake. It's a fun car. Was my daily driver from 2010-2012. I've added the GTO badges since the picture was taken.

Congrats on the wedding! I'm May as well (16th). The things I'm proud of are my family as well. With my husband and my parents they make me proud. Not to mention my three rescue dogs who bring a smile to my face every time I look at them even when they're in trouble. The Brendel was my most recent rescue, saved her off the side of the highway still debating on if we're going to adopt her out or just keep her. The black-and-white one we rescued in a storm four weeks old dumped off in the country. The German Shepherd was rescued from a pound before he was put to sleep. I have had purebred paper dogs and I've had rescue dogs, I'll stick to my rescues they may not be purebreds but they're pure heart:)

No, and thankfully she wasn't pregnant. I have her scheduled to be spayed and chipped next week. The only thing wrong with her is....she SNORES!!! Thanks to the other dogs who attacked her and broke her nose, yet she still plays with my dogs.

Love yours, mine would never pose like that lol.

Not to raise strife but have you looked into alternatives to spay/nueter? I have done some research and found studies that link pay/nueter to many of the health problems dogs can have.... Also raw diet rather than processed foods are better for them too.... I'll see if I can find a link later today I gotta get on the road.

I'm afraid if I don't spay her the neighbors chihuahuas will get her (they have 5 unaltered males) and I do not want puppies. All my dogs have been fixed, not sure if there's anything else that can be don't to stop them from breeding. Very interested in the food link. When I thought she was preggy, I did a bit of research on the best food, and was SCARED on what I found is in their dog food!!! Been making them food since.

Still don't have the link for you yet, but regarding alternatives to spay/nueter, they can tie her tubes just like a human.... Its just not the usual/norm. But it allows her to maintain her natural hormone balance.

Another brag point. My wife is so awesome she helped me tear down the 55g, clean everything, and setup the 29g that used to be the sump.... She didn't go to bed till 3am, I followed an hour and half later. The results:

Sounds like your significant other is cool too. My fiancée is so awesome (I had to change that because I accidentally called her my wife. oops, not yet), she helped me all day with working on my '53 Chevy ton and a half. She cleaned it up as best she could, took out the bolts to take the head rack off, and it now looks better, as seen in the picture. We drove it for the first time today. All original 216 straight six with 46k miles on it. 4 speed granny low, man this thing is SLOW but super low gears give it tons of torque. Came out of the factory with 85 hp. 7.09:1 first gear, 6.17:1 final drive. I just let out of the clutch and it just takes off idling slower than a slow walk.

Yeah, finally we got a nice day to do some outdoor activities. It must've been around 60 degrees outside here in Missouri today. The 29 gallon looks pretty awesome, by the way. I had a 29 gallon reef with the same dimensions for over a year with good results. I recently upgraded to a 58 gallon because I wanted more room front to back. I had all my rock piled against the back wall though and detritus built up behind it. Your aquascaping looks like it will promote better flow.
