So I am downgrading my 72 gallon reef into a 29 gallon (standard size 30" not biocube) and had a question about LEDs that I am going to have.

I was considering buying

http://www.aquastyleonline.com/products/36--LEDs--DIY-Dimmable-Kit.html

because its only $136 but that just seems unrealistic because most 24 LED diy kits cost more than this 36 LED kit. What gives? Also would this be enough light for most SPS? which driver would i want?(what is the difference) Is half white and half blue LEDs look okay? Would this cover my tank with light with 60 degree optics? What kelvin of white LEDs would I want?

Thanks

From the research Ive been doing it looks like they're cutting the costs by using no name drivers and LEDs/Optics. Given that its "shipped from an international location" it could very well be the same stuff, or made to very similar specs. That said, it could also be much lower quality, kind of shooting in the dark IMO.
