I just got the determination letter from the IRS, we're exempt from federal tax under 501-c-7 as applied for.

There are some conditions, which we were aware of, at some point I'll try to scan in the document, that and the articles of incorporation should be posted on the website....

Also, if our bylaws are amended we need to submit new documents to the IRS - I respectfully submit that we try to limit bylaw amendments to once or twice a year - otherwise we'll be in paperwork hell with the government....

Well since I'm holding the checkbook..... We can meet up sometime soon and do it. Andy if you want to fax your receipts to me I can get you a check when Jenn and I meet up and mail it to you.
