Found these crawling on my glass. Any idea what they are?

Looks like a flatworm.

Murphy, it's a flatworm. If I had to guess, I'd say it's not a problem. More than likely it's feeding on pods.

Then again, I've been known to be wrong before.

I did not realize they feed on pods - its less than 1/8 of an inch
