has anybody had any problems with the icecap660.
mine was 4 days old and went out. now i have to send it back for repair.
any opinions?

I have never had a problem with an icecap, we have been running a 660 for around 3 years now at the tank we have at school. It fires up the bulbs the first time!

I have used Icecaps for several years now and only once had a prob, tho it was not 4 days old. Andy and Chris have always been good about making good and getting them right back

I have several, no probs. ever.

I have occasionally heard that one may need a repair, but the guys at Icecap do a quick turnaround and will honor any outstanding guarantee. I would think that a 4 day old ballast would be an issue to take up with your supplier though, not a warranty issue.
