Well Gang toinight is my last night on here for a few days. I go into surgery tomorrow so I wont be around for a few. For thos who dont know I am having all my teeth pulled and will be so out of it(least I hope) I will be gone for a cpl three days.

The rest of the J crowd will have to hold down the fort for me.

Hey Gang im back up and running well I never jog but im back at about 75% so Imgonna make it. Stiches started coming out today so thats a good thing right?
