Mine will kip on the brown kenya tree, I had to remove from tank. Can care less about the green kenya tree. i Passed on clams because I’m afraid it will go for it. I may have to give it a try.

Last few days I’ve been testing my alk, ca and mag. Haven’t in months and it shows. My alk was 4.7. Mag is 1290 and calcium 420. I need to test again because I want to make sure. It would explain my slow growth.

As far as the reading go @Wiskey . If you look at those reading. Tell me if this is correct. The calcium at 420 when alk is 4.7 is because something in tank is using alk causing the corals not to be able to utilize the calcium.

Thanks, that what I was thinking. I started dosing soda ash and it up to 5.3 today. I’m gonna get it up slowly and probably start two part once the alk is stable.
I wish I had trident system now. Lol I hate testing .
I’m wanting to do more Stoney corals and will slowly more soft corals to 38 gallon tank over time
